IP Management Consulting

I advice businesses on IP management in their organisation. I generally offer the following stepped approach:

evaluation of the status quo

outlining possible options

developing, prioritizing and implementing the measures

This includes both organizational issues, such as processes and policies, as well as the drafting of agreements and general protection measures.

Legal Advice

I provide out-of-court advice on legal issues in the area of IT and IP law with focus on the software industry.

This includes in particular the drafting of customer or partner agreements, managing use of open source or artificial intelligence.

I work closely with my client’s legal department or as direct contact for the client’s employees.

Workshops

Through workshops I share my knowledge, give insights and support the development of strategies and measures.

I offer workshops on many topics, such as open source management, guidelines for use  of artificial intelligence, strategic IP initiatives, IP risk management and IP protection measures.

I individually create each workshop tailored to the respective client's business. I provide answers to pressing questions and present possible solutions.
